We help our client bring together over 1000 of brightest young minds in Gwinnett County Public Schools, 200 community professsionals as judges, raise over $40K in sponsorships and orchestrate 20 breakout sessions to make for a stellar STEM day!
Services rendered:
General community outreach and event planning duties from 2012 – present.
Included: Annual oversight event planning, development/mangement of event website, sponsorship solicitation, speaker and vendor coordination. Manage event logistics and day of event schedule as well as assist in producing an awards program. Developed a virtual event in 2021, with an interactive event platform in lieu of in-person event experience by utilizing technologies to provide safe user interaction, while delivering expected event goals and experiences.
